SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic Orders (within South Africa):
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over R1500. For orders below R1500, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The estimated shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
Lead Time on Manufacturing
Please note that our products are made to order. As such, there is a lead time required for manufacturing before your order can be shipped. The estimated lead time will be communicated to you at the time of purchase and may vary depending on the product.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs. Delivery times will vary based on the selected shipping method and your location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation notification with tracking information.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees, import taxes, and other charges. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for damaged or defective products. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. You must notify us within seven (7) days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@winters.co.za or +27 (0)71 447 3521 with your order number and details of the damaged product. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
Return Shipping Costs
The cost of return shipping for damaged or defective products will be covered by Winters. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for your return.
Assessment of Returned Products
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to assess the damage. This process may take up to five (5) business days. If the product is deemed to be damaged or defective as claimed, we will proceed with your refund or exchange.
Refund Process
If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within seven (7) business days of the assessment. You will receive a confirmation notification once your refund has been issued.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including personalised or custom-made products (unless defective), items marked as ‘final sale’, and gift cards.
